Easy PERFECT banana bread The fact that I had to put mash the bananas to put in totally made me feel like I made this insanely delicious banana bread by myself. It's perfectly moist. Not too sweet. I added a tonne of nuts and seeds to sneak in some extra healthiness and then topped it with chocolate chunks. Now everyone in my house wants one every day.

Super light, tasty and easy to make I was looking for something light for my evening snack. Most of the packaged stuff you get are heavy. Thats when I came across Plattered Banana Bread mix it was so easy to make and super tasty. The best part is that even if you hogged on it you wouldn't feel heavy!!! In fact I have tried most of Plattered products. They all have few things in common - easy/quick to make, great taste and super healthy!!!
