We use the freshest of ingredients, premium cocoa, pure chocolate, use no artificial colours, and zero preservatives. Our founder is an avid baker who's been baking since she turned 10. She trained at Le Cordon Bleu Paris, London to understand the nitty gritties of the business before creating Plattered.
