DOUBLE CHOCO CHUNK COOKIES MIX

Make the most insanely delicious Double Choco Chunk Cookies in your own home. Just add melted butter and water and bake as per instructions on packet.

Makes 10 fair sized cookies. Cookies will be soft coming out of the oven and will become crunchy and chewy as it cools

How to Make

Oven Method

Add 50g melted and lightly cooled butter + 1 tbsp water to the dry mix. Mix till no dry powder can be seen. Scoop 1 tbsp each dough and make balls. Lightly flatten on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake at 200C for 12 -15 minutes

Microwave Method

Add 50g melted and lightly cooled butter + 1 tbsp water to the dry mix. Mix till no dry powder can be seen. Flatten the dough into a microwaveable dish about 6"x3" in size. Microwave for 3 minutes. Cut the dough into bars when it comes out. Cool to let the cookies firm and be ready to eat

Preparation Time: 3 mins (microwave), 15 mins (Oven)

Ingredients: Refined Wheat Flour, Sugar, Chocolate Chunks, Cocoa Powder, Molasses, Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate

Chocolate Chunks - Cocoa Solids, Cocoa Butter & Emulsifiers (INS322, INS 476) Contains added natural (vanilla) flavouring substances)
