How to Make Brownies on Stove Top
You can do this in either a pressure cooker or an idli maker
- Heat up the cooker/idli maker by adding 2 cups of salt. Place a wire stand on top of the salt. Cover the cooker by removing the gasket and the whistle. Heat the cooker in medium high for 10-15 mins.
- Take Plattered Brownie Mix add 1/3 cup oil and 1/3 cup water mix the mixture. Add some walnuts (optional)
- Add the mixture to a square tin covered with parchment paper or grease the tin with butter and flour dusted.
- Bake the tin by placing in on the heated cooker. It will take about 25 to 30 minutes in medium flame. Take out and cool completely and serve.
