Millionaire's Brownie
When you want a taste of the lush life, these Millionaire's Brownies are just what you need! I can safely say that Brownie, Caramel and Ganache combo is a perfected formula for a show-stopping dessert.
It is everything you need in a dessert - gooey, chocolatey, fudgey and indulgent! We layered our quick Vegan Brownie Mix (you can also use our other Brownie Mixes) with a layer of luscious Caramel and topped it off with a generous layer of Chocolate Ganache.
While this recipe does require a bit of time to put together, the effort is well worth it. If you're looking for a rewarding weekend project or a star dish to bring to the next party, this recipe is will definitely win hearts!
Here's everything you need to make it,
Ingredients:
For the Brownie Layer
- 1 Plattered Vegan Brownie Mix (works well with our other Brownie Mixes too)
- ⅓ cup Oil
- ⅓ cup Water
For the Caramel Layer:

For the Ganache Layer:
- 125g Dark Chocolate (couverture)
- 125g Fresh Cream/Coconut Milk
Method:
For the Brownie Layer
- Preheat the oven to 180C. Grease and line 6 in. square tin.
- Whisk Oil, Buttermilk & Brownie Mix together in a bowl just until no lumps remain and transfer to the tin.
- Bake for 20-25mins or until a toothpick inserted comes clean.
- Let it cool till room temperature, and refrigerate for atleast an hour.
For the Caramel Layer:

For the Ganache Layer:
- Chop the chocolate and add it to the milk/cream in a microwave safe bowl.
- Microwave for 30 second bursts, stirring in between till incorporated.
To Assemble:
- Once the Brownie layer is cooled, pour the caramel directly over the brownie in the tin and spread it out evenly.
- Chill till firm, roughly 1 hour, and gently spread the ganache.
- Refrigerate for another hour to ensure a clean slice!
Tip: If you don't feel like making Caramel for this, swap it for a generous layer of Biscoff spread instead!
