Fried better than Baked
That's what we'd say for a great Churro. Crispy, Crunchy, Light, Gently coated with cinnamon Sugar... This is the Churro of your dreams, homemade!
Warm 1 cup mylk + 2 tbsp oil till gently simmering lukewarm
Pour into Plattered Churros Mix powder emptied into heat proof bowl.
Mix well till it becomes a thick paste.
Transfer to piping bag with open star nozzle.
Heat oil in frying pan, keep heat at medium high
Pipe 10 cm strips directly into hot oil. Flip when its brown on one side.
Remove when churros are golden brown. Immediately roll in Cinnamon Sugar mix
