Add 1/2 cup Buttermilk, 1/4 cup Oil as instructed in the packet to the dry mix, add mixed Dry Fruits and pop in the oven.

Bake for 3 mins in the Microwave / 35 mins in the Oven

I am not a baker. And I was under the impression a Christmas cake is one of the more complex one. But making the cake with the Plattered mix was as simple as it could get. It was competing with the cake my wife made the difficult way among my friends!!!

Made the Christmas cake with Rum soaked dry fruits ,it turned out very soft and yummy. Thank you Plattered!!

Omg it came out so delectable. I added berry mix soaked in orange juice. The flavour of spices made it a perfect Xmas cake.
