How to Make
All you have to do is add 1/4 cup oil, 1/2 cup buttermilk and 1/2 cup fresh grated carrot to the mix and bake for 35 mins in the oven, 3 mins in the microwave

Some of the carrot cakes we get in the shops is a shame! My first purchase from Plattered and loved it. I was very cautious of the ingredients being healthy and at the same time 'easy to prepare'. This was super easy and tastes perfect!
