How to Make
All you need to do is add 3 over-ripe bananas (mashed) and oil as instructed in the packet to the dry mix and pop in the oven.

I had a great time making the banana bread with the Plattered mix. It was super easy to bake and quite tasteful in taste. For the non-bakers, these mixes are amazing with healthy ingredients and superb taste.
