This is now our current favourite cookie in the kitchen (till we come up with something better :-)). We chomped through tons of it before saying yes this is what we want to launch into the world. The light bite of cocoa from the cacao nibs and that tart sweetness of cranberries pops out in a buttery cookie. Whole Wheat and Refined Sugar Free, we went the whole way and got sugar-free cranberries too for this. No compromises anywhere
Add 100g melted butter (vegan or regular) + 2 tbsp water to 1 pack of cookie mix.
Bake at 200C for 18 mins
Makes 18 cookies perfect to go with your tea / coffee
